Shit, I got real excited for a moment there.
I thought actual ghosts were being introduced to the story.
Arn’t they ghosts?
Look like shes still scared from her expierience and its stopping her from interacting with any zombie except her friends, this is probably showing us her overcoming that now. So more or less figments of her imagination.
Might be actual ghosts or just hallucinations; in so few horror genre stories do they allow for multiple supernatural phenomenons.
I’d personally like to see it be ghosts and her near-death infection from a zombie bite gave her insight to the next realm (might be able to help bring back a lost mind of a zombie–the return of Bacon!).
But that’s just a thought.
Hah, I forgot that this was that house.
So did James. Then again, he’s forgotten so much.
Hah, saw an ad for drug testing kits and breathalysers on the sidebar. Seems fitting.
In a comic about zombies not in brain death mode and companies built to exploit said zombies, ghosts doesn’t seem too far fetched. Like just another quirk about this world.
